A reminder while you can still claim

Set a reminder a month before each warranty ends, plus one on the last day, so there is time to test the equipment and report faults.

Send it to the person responsible for the equipment and, if you like, to the supplier contact as the extra address.

What can I track besides warranties?

Extended warranties, service and maintenance contracts (AMC), support subscriptions, equipment leases and inspection dates: anything with an end date.

Can I attach the invoice?

Yes. Drag the invoice or warranty card onto the record. PDF, JPG, PNG, Word and Excel files are supported; the Free plan includes 30 MB of attachments, Pro 2 GB and Business 10 GB.

Can I import our asset list?

Yes. Export it as CSV and the import wizard matches your columns, shows a preview and can undo the whole import in one click.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 50 open records and 2 users, with no credit card. Pro and Business add more records, users and storage.
