Legal
MSAs, NDAs and SOWs with the signed PDF on every record.
Track MSAs, NDAs, licenses, insurance policies and supplier agreements in one workspace — with reminders inside every notice window, so legal, ops and finance are never caught off-guard.
Built for contracts
Auto-renewal clauses are easy to miss — and missing one means another year locked in, or a lapsed policy with no cover.
Trackords keeps every contract in one shared, colour-coded list, sorted by renewal date, with the signed PDF attached to each record.

Reminders *
Up to 3 per record · days before expiry or a fixed date
Additional email to receive reminder
Set up to three reminders per contract — days before the renewal or a fixed date — to match each agreement’s notice period. New records start at 35, 10 and 5 days.
A 60-day reminder lands well inside a typical notice window, giving you time to renegotiate or send notice of non-renewal.
Give each contract an owner and invite the team with the right role — admin, editor or viewer. Reminders reach everyone, plus any extra address you add.
Every change is captured in an immutable audit log, ready for review.

FAQ
Master service agreements (MSAs), NDAs, statements of work (SOWs), software licences and SaaS subscriptions, insurance policies, supplier and vendor agreements, lease agreements, employment contracts, partnership agreements and certifications. Each contract can hold the signed PDF as an encrypted attachment.
Yes. Every contract record has an "owner" field (the person responsible for the renewal decision). Reminders go to everyone in the workspace, and each record can carry an extra reminder email for an outside contact. Combined with workspace roles (admin, editor, viewer), Legal can own MSAs while Finance owns insurance and Procurement owns vendor contracts — all in the same workspace.
Yes. Add reminders to each contract at the lead times you need — by default 35, 10 and 5 days before the renewal date, which you can change to match each clause. Most auto-renewal clauses give 30 to 60 days notice, so a 35- or 60-day reminder lands inside that window, giving you time to send a notice of non-renewal or open a renegotiation.
Spreadsheets and Notion don't actively notify anyone before a deadline. Trackords emails everyone in your workspace — plus any extra address you add to a record — on the reminder schedule you set. It also keeps an immutable audit log of every change, which spreadsheets cannot. See our /trackords-vs-spreadsheets page for the full side-by-side.
