What you can email us about

There is no support portal, no ticket system, no chatbot. Every message at info@trackords.com lands in a human inbox.

Bug reports

Something broken, an error message, a page that won't load, an email that didn't arrive. The more specific you are about what you clicked and what you saw, the faster we can fix it.

Feature requests

Want Trackords to track a new kind of record, support a new reminder schedule, or integrate with something? Most of the current feature list came from user emails.

Account help

Can't sign in, didn't receive the verification email, forgot which email you signed up with, locked out after too many wrong passwords. Send us the email you used and we'll sort it.

Data export & portability

You can already export your full record list to CSV from the Records page. Email us if you need a different format (JSON, XLSX) or want help moving away from Trackords.

Account & data deletion

Reply with "please delete my account" from the email tied to your workspace. We permanently delete your account, every record, every attachment and every audit-log entry. No backups are retained.

Privacy & security questions

GDPR data subject requests, security-policy questions, vendor due-diligence for your IT team. See our privacy policy first, then email us with anything it doesn't answer.

How fast we reply

Trackords is built by a small team, and we read every message ourselves. Most replies go out within one business day (Monday to Friday, Europe time). Bug reports that affect sign-in, reminders, or data integrity jump the queue and usually get a same-day fix.

If you haven't heard back after three business days, your email may have hit our spam folder — please send it again with the word "resend" in the subject line and we'll spot it on the next sweep.

What we won't reply to

  • SEO-backlink offers, guest-post pitches, AI-content services and lead-list sales — auto-deleted unread.
  • Requests to add affiliate links, ads, or sponsored content to Trackords — the site is and will stay ad-free.
  • Phone-call requests — we work async by email so we can keep replies thoughtful and well-documented.
