Beneath the marketing copy, four practical jobs — designed to make sure a forgotten renewal never costs you a fine, a subscription auto-renewal you didn’t want, or a passport that expires mid-trip.
Subscriptions, visas, Iqama, passports, MSAs, NDAs, software licenses, insurance policies, domain registrations — everything that has a renewal date sits in one searchable workspace. Add a vendor, an identifier number, a country, an owner and (optionally) the signed PDF. Admins create their own record types and add custom fields to each one, so the workspace captures exactly the details you need.
Give each record up to three reminders — each one a number of days before expiry or a fixed calendar date — all fired from the daily cron. New records start at 35, 10 and 5 days, which you can change, remove or switch to fixed dates. Every reminder sends one email to everyone in your workspace, plus any extra address you add to the record. The engine is idempotent: even if cron runs twice, no duplicates.
Invite unlimited teammates by email and pick a role for each: admin (full control), editor (manage records) or viewer (read-only). Every workspace is fully isolated from every other workspace at the database level — queries are scoped by account ID, so two teams sharing the same hosted instance never see each others data. No per-seat fees, ever.
Passwords hashed with bcrypt at cost 12. CSRF token on every form. File uploads stored outside the public web root, validated by MIME type. Every record edit, login attempt and account change is recorded in an immutable audit log. Hosting in the European Union, no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, account deletion on request within seven business days.
