Reminders in time to renew

Add up to three reminders per document, for example 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry, plus an email on the expiry day itself.

Choose who receives them: the employee’s manager, your GRO and the employee as the extra address, in one email.

Hijri dates built in

Turn on Hijri dates in Settings: records show the Umm al-Qura date next to the Gregorian one, and date fields accept a Hijri date, so you can copy an expiry straight from Absher or Muqeem.

Use the list, the Kanban board and the calendar to see who expires this month, and export everything to CSV at any time.

Questions, answered

Does Trackords support Hijri dates?

Yes. Switch on Hijri dates in Settings and every record shows the Umm al-Qura Hijri date next to the Gregorian one. Date fields also have an Enter a Hijri date option that fills in the Gregorian date for you.

Can I track the documents an Iqama renewal depends on?

Yes. Add the passport, medical insurance and exit re-entry visa as their own records with the same owner, so you see which one blocks a renewal before it does.

Can the employee receive the reminder?

Yes. Each record chooses who is reminded: colleagues from your workspace plus one extra email address, such as the employee’s own email.

Is it available in Arabic?

Yes. The whole app and website are available in Arabic (right to left), as well as English, German, Spanish, French, Dutch and Turkish.
