Trackords - Tracking Records
Subscription tracker

The free subscription tracker that never misses a renewal

Track every SaaS tool, software license, streaming service and recurring payment in one place. Get an email at 35, 10 and 5 days before each renewal, plus a critical alert on the day a subscription actually renews — so you can keep, cancel or renegotiate, on your terms.

The problem

Subscriptions are death by a thousand auto-renewals

The average professional now manages more than a dozen recurring subscriptions: Adobe, GitHub, Notion, Figma, Slack, a password manager, a VPN, a few cloud services, the company HR tool, the team's video calling service. Half of them auto-renew on a credit card you'd forgotten about. The other half need a manager's approval to renew, but the email lands two days before the deadline and nobody reads it in time.

Spreadsheets help — until someone forgets to update the cell. Calendar reminders help — until the meeting culture buries them. Email rules help — until the vendor changes their template.

Trackords is the boring, reliable layer underneath all of that. One workspace, every subscription, automatic email reminders at 35, 10 and 5 days before each renewal, plus a critical alert on expiry day. No setup beyond pasting your existing list in.

FAQ

Subscription tracker — questions people ask

Which subscriptions can I track with Trackords?
Anything with a renewal date: SaaS tools, software licenses, streaming services (Netflix, Spotify, Disney+), cloud subscriptions (AWS, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), domain names, hosting plans, mobile and broadband contracts, gym memberships, insurance and even magazine subscriptions. Admins can also add custom record types specific to their workspace.
Will I get reminded before a subscription auto-renews?
Yes. For every subscription you add, Trackords sends email reminders at 35, 10 and 5 days before the renewal date, plus a critical alert on the day itself. That gives you weeks of lead time to cancel, downgrade, negotiate, or budget for the renewal.
Can my whole team use the same subscription tracker?
Yes. Invite teammates by email and assign roles (admin, editor, viewer). Each subscription record can have its own owner and an additional "reminder email" so the right person hears about each renewal — Finance for the AWS bill, Marketing for the SaaS stack, IT for software licenses.
How is this different from paid subscription trackers like Bobby or Subly?
Trackords is free with no usage cap, multi-user workspaces are included by default, and your data exports to CSV any time. Most paid trackers charge per user per month, lock multi-user behind a "Team" tier, and limit the number of records on the free plan.
