What you can count on

Your data is not for sale

We never sell your data and show no ads. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, but only after you accept the cookie banner, and your IP address is anonymised. Decline and nothing is sent.

No card to start

The Free plan and the launch offer need no credit card. You only pay if you choose Pro or Business.

Reminders never stop

Go over a limit or reach the end of a free period and nothing is deleted: every reminder still goes out. You just can’t add more until you are under the limit.

Your data, always exportable

Export every record to CSV on every plan, at any time. No lock-in.

Plans and billing

Do I need a credit card?

No. The Free plan and the launch offer need no card. You only pay when you choose Pro or Business.

What happens after my 6 free months?

Your workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose Pro or Business. Nothing is deleted and reminders keep going. We email the workspace admins 30, 7 and 1 day before.

I joined before the paid plans. What do I get?

Every workspace created before the paid plans has the full Business plan free until 31 October 2027. Thank you for being an early member.

What happens if I go over a limit?

You keep everything: you can view, edit and export, and reminders keep going. You just can’t add records, users or files above the limit until you remove some or move to a bigger plan.

Is the price per user?

No. Each plan has one price per workspace. Pro includes 5 users and Business 20.

How do I pay for Pro or Business?

Online payment is coming soon. Until then, contact us and we’ll set up your plan.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Every record exports to CSV on every plan, at any time.
