Each record can hold the document image as an encrypted attachment.
Yes. Create one workspace per family or company, invite the people who need to see the records (or just an HR admin), and add each person's documents with the right owner. Reminders go to everyone in the workspace, and you can add an extra reminder email to any record to loop in one more person.
Set a reminder on the expiry date itself, or a fixed date after it, and Trackords still emails you a heads-up. Expired records stay in your workspace, flagged in red, until you mark them renewed or delete them.
Yes. Hosting is in the EU. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed, file attachments (visa scans, passport copies) are stored encrypted outside the public web root, every database query is scoped by account so workspaces are fully isolated, and every change is recorded in an immutable audit log. Analytics are consent-based: Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept the cookie banner, and your IP is anonymised before it leaves the page. No session-recording, fingerprinting or advertising trackers are present.
