Yes. Create one workspace for your family or company, invite the people who should see the records, and add each person’s documents with the right owner. Reminders go to the whole workspace or only the owner, and any record can loop in one extra email address.
Expired records stay in your workspace, flagged in red, until you renew or delete them. You can also switch on an alert for the expiry day itself, so a document never lapses silently.
Data is hosted in the EU. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, attachments are stored outside the public web root, every query is scoped to your workspace, and every change is written to an audit log. Analytics only load after you accept the cookie banner.
