How do I get reminded of the notice period, not just the end date?

Add a reminder for a fixed date: the last day you can give notice. You can add up to three reminders per lease, plus an email on the end date itself.

Can I track rent payments too?

Yes. Add the Payment record type from the templates and set it to repeat monthly or quarterly. Mark each payment as paid and the next one is created automatically.

Does it work for equipment and car leases?

Yes. Any lease with an end date works: vehicles, copiers, machines, IT equipment and storage units.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 50 open records and 2 users, with no credit card.
