Trackords has one plan. It is free.

### Free

- **Price:** $0 / month
- **Billing:** None — no credit card collected
- **Trial period:** N/A (the product is permanently free, not a trial)
- **Limits:** No usage caps. Unlimited records, unlimited users, unlimited workspaces, unlimited file attachments.
- **Features included:**
  - Subscription, visa, passport, contract, license, insurance and custom record types
  - Email reminders at 35, 10 and 5 days before each expiry plus a critical alert on the day of expiry (all configurable)
  - One additional custom reminder per record (either N days before expiry or a specific date)
  - Extra free-form email recipient per record (in addition to creator / owner / admins)
  - Multi-user workspaces with role-based access (admin, editor, viewer)
  - File attachments per record (PDFs, scans, images)
  - CSV import and CSV export
  - Immutable audit log (admin-only)
  - Bcrypt password hashing, CSRF protection, MIME-validated uploads
  - EU-hosted data

## Future plans

There is currently no paid tier and no plan to introduce one. If a paid option is ever added (for very large teams, for example), the free tier as it stands today will remain free for existing users.
