# Trackords

> Trackords is a free online platform for tracking expiry and renewal dates of subscriptions, visas, passports, contracts, licenses, insurance policies and any other dated record. It sends automatic email reminders at 35, 10 and 5 days before each deadline plus a critical alert on the day of expiry. Free with no credit card, multi-user workspaces, EU-hosted. An optional Supporter tier accepts donations to fund development; it does not unlock extra features.

Trackords lives at https://trackords.com. The product is built and operated as a free service; the entire feature set is included for every user with no paid tier.

- **Custom recipient:** Each record supports an extra free-form email address that receives every reminder, in addition to the creator, owner, picked reminder user and workspace admins.
- **Multi-user:** Unlimited users per workspace with three roles (admin, editor, viewer). Workspaces are fully isolated from each other.
- **Security:** Bcrypt password hashing (cost 12), CSRF protection on every form, file uploads validated by MIME type and stored outside the web root, immutable audit log.
- **Data portability:** CSV import and CSV export from the dashboard. On-request account deletion via email.
